Inspiring creativity through music and art

In Britain today children are frequently deprived of access to the arts. The arts increasingly remain the preserve of the privileged few not the right of everyone. A lack of access to the arts means the majority of children today do not have the opportunity to see creative role models, they are deprived of the right to dream and are left out of a job market worth £8.5bn to the UK economy (Arts Council Report, 2018.)  At Make The Paint Dance we believe that every child should experience the arts and we have made it our mission to connect children to innovative arts programmes,  providing an outlet for creativity, a safe space for trying out ideas and a place to express, discuss and begin to understand the ever changing world around them. Our programmes aim to open up a world of possibilities for every child.

"I am so happy that I have been able to show people at this school what I can do... the workshops made me feel like there was no one else in the room, like my drawing and painting was the only thing that mattered."
